WRINKLES
Everyone begin developing fine lines and wrinkles on their faces at some point in their lives.
No one wants to get them but we will all do eventually. However, while it is a fact that we are all getting older, we do not have to look as old at the same time.
Many factors cause wrinkles to develop • Chronological Aging - most obvious as we age, our epidermal cells become thinner. Thinner cells make for thinner skin. Epidermal cells decrease by 10% per decade. Also, less collagen is produced, and elasticity fibres wear out. • Sun - exposure to UVA or UVB rays from sunlight accounts for 90% of premature skin aging. • Facial Muscle Use - facial expressions cause skin to wrinkle as it looses elasticity. Frown lines between the eyebrows and crows feet develop as the tiny muscles in those areas permanently contract. • Gravity - as an effect it makes the loosening of the skin more apparent as skin sags more. This causes jowls and drooping eyelids. The list for wrinkle reduction techniques is quite long. We believe that when things get beyond our control, our most unique wrinkle therapy can help to knock off years of your age. |
