1. What kind of products can be purchased?
You may purchase any of the items containing in our products range.


2. Do I get a GIFT with my order?
Yes. For every order you place you get a gift to the minimum value of $14.95.


3. Do I get a GIFT if I refer a new customer to you?
Yes. For every new active customer you refer to us you get a "spotters" gift to the minimum value of $14.95. Active customer is a customer who placed at least one order with us. To claim your gift please specify the name and address of customer you referred to us and we will send your "spotters gift" along with your next order. (Yes, this would make if two gifts with your next order - one is your regular gift which you get with every purchase and another one is your spotters gift).


4. Do I get any discounts?
Yes. We will give you 10% off every single order you place if you shop with us every month to the value of $70 per order.


5. Can I distribute/ re-sell your products? 
Limited distributor licenses are available, please contact us with your details. 


6. Can I get my order gift wrapped? 
Yes. Shines & Shimmers offers gift box/bag on all orders. You simply need to add the words "Gift Box/Bag required" on your order form in the "Form of Payment Box". In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we must pass on the cost of the gift box to you. Please add $1.95 to your order if you require a gift box/bag and specify your preference (eg. you would like a gift box or a gift bag).


7. What if I am not happy with my purchase? 
Please refer to terms and conditions of sale for information on returns and refunds.


8. How much does delivery cost? 
Please add $4.95 for standard shipping within Australia. If you require an overnight delivery within Australia please add $10.95. For all overseas orders, shipping quotes will be provided on individual basis. As a general guide shipping overseas costs around AUD$16.00. If you are picking up your order there is no postage fee, only handling fee of $2.95 will be charged.


9. How long will it take to receive my order? 
Standard delivery time is between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Express Delivery to capital city destinations is usually the following morning. Please refer to delivery under Terms and Conditions section for more information.


10. My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. 
If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, then please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.


11. Will my personal details remain private? 

Please refer to Privacy Policy under Terms and Conditions section for information.
